The CC Memorial Foundation was created in honor of Brian — to carry forward his kindness, compassion, and belief that even small acts of care can change a life.
We are a small, community-based nonprofit dedicated to helping families impacted by sudden loss and providing educational support for children in need. Through our programs, CC Hope and CC Futures, we aim to bring relief, stability, and opportunity to those rebuilding their lives.
Every initiative we take is guided by the same warmth and generosity that Brian brought to everyone around him. His legacy lives on in every family we help and every child we empower.
